I don't understand why Florence county would have been left out. I understand the significance of Charleston, Horry County, and certainly Columbia. But some Florence residents have sustained astronomical flooding and still are. I am one of many that has conditions that are worsening. I believe that during this time, we should not value demographics higher than another based on population. Many of us are in trouble and could use the same benefits offered to the higher populated areas. I thank you in advance for any consideration given to my request.
