To whom it may concern I am seeking justice for my brother Joseph Bowers from Beaufort sc Joseph has been falsely convicted of voluntary manslaughter and carrying an unlaw fire arm there were a lot of unlawful things during court Joseph' also had an overzealous prosecutor she was worried about winning the case than serving justice. Joseph is innocent. In fact we have a video and audio recoding  of someone confessing to picking up the gun and shooting which Joseph was accused of.
