As a lifelong resident of S.C.(75 YEARS) I am very disturbed at your recent directive to DHEC staff to go to women's clinics in S.C. and "find something wrong and shut them down." I have your quote from a source I trust completely. 
  I do not understand why you would take such an action which makes it extremely difficult for women of our state to exercise their legal rights. I must assume that this was to further a private agenda that you have.  
  Your action is not in any manner appreciated by citizens like myself. 
  An expanded hard copy of this will be mailed to you.  
  I will appreciate hearing from you on this matter.
