Dear Governor Haley,
I am writing to urge you to move
forward on developing a state plan to
comply with the Environmental
Protection Agency's (EPA) Clean Power
Plan.
While the courts do
their due diligence by reviewing the Clean Power
Plan, I strongly
encourage you to ensure our state powers ahead on
developing plans to
act on climate change by limiting heat-trapping
emissions and
transitioning to renewable energy.
