Hey I wrote this poem in the last week and thought y'all would enjoy it please pass it on to the Governor

A letter for the fallen.

Red, White and Blue, something we call true. Red, blood soaked freedom, its not free how could it be? Stars and stripes amongst the countless fights. Mothers fill a Hero's coffin with sacrifice, paying the ultimate price. Rights hold the hefty price of a Hero's life. White stones in a line paying freedoms fine. This mind will never be clear of the countless tears. Rights justify the perilous fight and the taking of a life.

 Evil cannot hold ground when it is found! Listening for whistling dread, the making of freedom's bed. Dog tags mount glistening in the distance, a silent reminder of the evil without. 651, 031 strong for a field of Blue. The hurt of freedoms ghost is sinking in like the blood soaked ground beneath our feet. This sacrifice is not for not, home is worth the cost. Thank you for paying the ultimate price in the giving of a hero's life. #neverforgetthefallen
