<WFUD_Request>Dear Governor Nimrata Ranhawa Haley,

Once again, I appeal to you in your role as Governor of the State. My first email was simple to get my complaint processed by the South Carolina Human Affairs Commission. Due to lack of "political will" of the below referenced case to operate in good faith to make me whole based on the law. Since August 2011 of under/unemployment, I appeal to you as Dillon School District Four, employer, in Dillon, SC.


I have been in a long ongoing case since 2011. After surviving summary judgement and appeal of portion of the magistrate judge's decision, the Honorable Bruce Howe Hendricks overrode the magistrate decision for me to proceed to trial for Race Discrimination and Retaliation. My attorneys and the defendants attorneys worked together to defraud the courts to return a jury verdict in favor of the defendants. Being that I have filed Pro Se for a motion for a new trial, I'm needing assistance to ensure justice is served. As of yet, I not heard anything concerning my motion. I am really needing assistance of justice in my case. My case #C/A. 4:13-cv-00990-BHH-TER.
