Of course South Carolina in one of those states. In our state Teacher's are unappreciated and not paid a fair salary. Why don't we have a Teacher's Union? Why don't teachers make more money in South Carolina? The turnover rate in our state is high and teachers would last longer and be happier if they had more rights and pay. Seniority means nothing, either does loyalty and there is no tenure, so a school can fire a teacher without just cause. It is scary and frustrating being a teacher in South Carolina. Teachers deserve more money, appreciation and a way to express our concerns.
