Thought this was a good idea to opt out way back when, didn't know I'd end up in that health care gap with no choices available to me except to choke down yet another huge bill. I sure hope somebody up there has something hopeful to offer about what 194,000 South Carolinians (including me and mine) are expected to face in 2016....
