Ms. Templeton, at this point, seems to have an ax to grind. She has dug in and seems unwilling to meet and discuss this issue. The manner in which DHEC has conducted themselves is an embarrassment to the agency and to South Carolina. I am a strong believer in individual FREEDOM and LIBERTY. We the people of South Carolina expect those who are being paid by the taxpayer to work for us and to try to make the best decisions possible. I wonder how on earth Ms. Templeton believes she is making the best decision when she refuses to discuss or meet with the other side. She certainly doesn't speak for me! If Ms. Templeton refuses to discuss this matter then I urge you to support H5002 put forth by Rep. Jenny Horne, R-Summerville. Thank you for your time. Kind regards, Becky Raatz
