Hon. Gov. Haley,
I am writing in total disbelief of the findings of a 6 month OSHA investigation pertaining to a fatal accident on 12/30/2015 at Courier Square, Charleston. It seems that the son of the man that was killed has been informed he was at fault. I'm not sure whos being paid off, or what the circumstances of the finding are, but knowing the statemants by all those concerned, these findings are impossible. I was standing 5 feet from Iglacio when he was killed and I know intimately that these findings are contradictory of the events before, during and after the accident occured. All personnel concerned are in disbelief with the exception of the crane rigger that made a totally false statement to all investigative authorities. Myself and all those concerned appreciate your communicated condolences but find it hard to swallow the findings of the OSHA Investigation. Our legal team will persue this with tenacity as there are two young preteen children without their father now. My personal goal is to bankrupt the crane company.
