Dear Governor Haley,
Can you please help me with a matter that I am having within my county I live? There obviously is 
a "rigged system" where all of the county officials that I have contacted have not taken this matter seriously that i present, and/or will not return my telephone calls devaluing the issue further. 
I contacted all including County HR Director and the County Council and have had no response to this matter. 
I have discontinued my walking in parks of county because it is a very crooked system not being taken serious by each and every individual I have contacted, thus the problem will continue to exist. 
When I have a reply from your office, I wish to email the exact email I sent to county Council which includes the full concern of ongoing harrassment in these county parks encouraged by supervisor/foreman, harrassment experienced by both supervisor/foreman and inmate workers.
