Ma'am, I have been waiting over a year for my disability claim appeal as they misidentified "Gout" and "degenerate arthritis" that is present in x-rays in 6 different joints in my body. These conditions are undoubtedly present because of the beating my body took from 2 tours in Iraq and I still wait as my claim seems to be tied up in the "system".  I keep calling and the VA continues to tell me "they can't give me a time frame".  These conditions affect me at work, home, and in my day to day life.  It's hard to even play catch with my son and daughter because of the arthritis in my shoulder and elbow. Please help me.  Thank you for your time.
