The college only has the College administration, teachers . and mismanagement of funding to blame !
The faculty , instructors , and students have not been held accountable in a standard of college  level courses. 
Look at the.  NCLEX nursing state boards   Pass rates!
SC state has a less the. 50% pass rate ! You can't false a grade on that exam!
No more state tax money to a college that has failed  in teaching the students !!
They are to blame !!
Look at all the other nursing programs with a  80-  98% NCLEX pass rate!
State board pass rate. !!! Great instructors  , care about the student really learning. !!
Support those programs that require high standards of learning. !
