It's unfortunate that the amount of litter on our highways is much more that in other states. Why is that? I saw a crew picking up trash on Hwy 49 between Union and Lockhart last week. Only 3 days later, you couldn't tell they had cleaned it up. I posted on Facebook my disgust and frustration. The post got many responses. Although I didn't point out this seems to be a bigger problem in SC, others did and they shared their frustration of having to clean up their lawns every few days. Would you please consider a PSA campaign regarding littering? I've considered making my own signs and putting them over campaign signs of candidates who are no longer running or elections that have already been held.
