Mrs. Haley,

Thank you for your future service to our country at the UN.  I believe Pres. Trump has made another great choice with you!

I believe the core dispute between Arabs and Israelis can be resolved!  

The Arabs, Jews and Christians each consider the sacred temple, the dome and the church of the Sepulcher as their holy ground, and remarkably, all three faiths' believe in the same God. 

With Israel in control of these sacred sites there will never be a peaceful resolution for obvious reasons.  

I believe God is the key!  I propose everyone involved in this unending conflict seek agreement to Deed this "Sacred Ground" with its' effected 500 acres to God!  

To manage God's ground, a top leader form each of the three faiths need be chosen, with a mandate to manage and protect God's property.  As God's tribunal, each leader shall hold equal voice to manage with majority rule.  
Protection and financial support of God's sacred ground would be the duty of the UN at the request of God's tribunal.  
Access to God's property must be unobstructed for all.  

Then and only then can there be a chance of peace for all people of good will!

The hatred that has been generated through all these years will take generations to cool.  This however can be a beginning!
