You would think my house property taxes would cover these areas. I have no children in school as I am over 65, so you would think we would get a discount against those taxes. I believe in paying my fair share. Living in Marietta, I don't see any of my taxes helping me out here, no garbage service, bad roads, no blowing of roads in snow, maintenance is lacking. I have to call to get the high grass cut on the roads. No striping on roads so it is difficult to drive at night. I don't mean to complain just want to vent. Keep up the good work you have done so far for South Carolina.
