Dear Governor:

I am writing to make you aware of an incident I experienced just this morning at our local Hampton County's Lowcountry Community Action Agency located inside the Department of Social Services.  This was no less an incident of assault by a mob of people while attempting to request assistance from this agency, as well as, gross mishandling by the staff.  

Surely, there must be more effective protocalls that could be put into place for this system. I hope you can help bring some resolution to this matter, and that moving forward, no one will have to go through what I just did earlier today.  I have contacted my local law enforcement office, as well as, contacted, via email, the appropriate individuals.  Below is a link to a Word document of that email.
