From my understanding, SC State has a little under 3,500 students and would be a great candidate to offer online learning to boost enrollment, and therefore revenues. A great example is Liberty University, which boasts 100,000 online students to only 20,000 students in residence. Liberty has an elevated profile more of these online students are donors. SC State would need a Director of Online Learning, Adjunct Faculty Director, etc., as well as related technical equipment such as servers and technicians but I think these could be possible short-term and long-term solutions to SC State's problems.
