Dear Governor, Be Careful!! In the past, the United States HAS regulated immigration by country. In today's ISIS world, that is impossible to do. Using our Federal data, During WW2, immigration from Germany was very limited, during the Cold War immigration from Russia was almost zero, during the Viet Nam War, immigration from North Viet Nam was zero. The immigrants that were allowed were political asylums. 
Donald Trump's position to Hold off until we can find out what's going on and fix it is very reasonable considering that we are at War with ISIS. The difference is ISIS has no country. You were critical but did not offer up a better plan.  
It took the press 2 days to determine that the CA shooters had attended hard line Islamic schools, the wife,  and were radicalized. The FEDS never did figure it out during the immigration process. Something is terribly broke. I deserve to be safe. The current GOP is not representing me.
