To Whom It May Concern
 
   Much to my dismay and concern, it has come to my attention that many cities like Charleston SC are negligent in providing assistance to citizens with physical challenges and disabilities. Many companies won't hire them because of the misconception that they are diseased and incapable of being a productive addition to their company. There are few opportunities, affordable of course, to earn GED and get basic work training. I'm writing that the Government needs to come up with a program free of charge and easy program for people can take a GED Course at home.
   Other Individuals such as myself can't afford or get a grant and travel to schooling, so am unable to find employment or training. I am asking for assistance in this matter and ask that it be addressed with urgency. I thank you in advance for any information or assistance you can provide.
