I am a grandmother maternal grandmother of a beautiful little girl whom has been in my life since birth. She, Caidence is in the care of paternal grandparents, which my young daughter at the age of fifteen was impregnated by the paternal/ guardian eighteen year old son. My husband AndI supported my daughters , as well as the father. Due to a disagreement between my young daughters and I, she turned to the fathers family. However, they, paternal grandparents talked my daughter into signing custody of my precious granddaughter to them. Recently, my visitation with my granddaughter has been terminated due to my daughter, biological mother giving birth to a new beautiful babygirl. I am devastated as well as my granddaughter, she adores me as I her. She is autistic, mild form, but trust me and loves me very much. This is a cruel, evil act of power of a dysfunctional family. I would like to see some kind of law for grandparents to have visitation rights. Of course not all grandparents should be able to ex cerise this right, but I would love to see some type of legal right for worthy grandparents. Please consider, for this is a very important issue for loving, hurting, devastated grandparents and grandchildren . Thank you, Tresa Davidson
