I have a friend his name is  Mr William White. He live in assistant living Home for the special needs.Mr William and other in unit A-1 complain about the cigarette smoke in the hall in unit A-1 to the board. You can smell the smoke down the hall, all the way out of the unit, The board said we need to take picture of those that is smoking in the unit, Before they can do any thing about it, We need help with this.No one should be exposed to second hand smoke.people that smoke in this building supposed to be 15 feet away from the facility.the board is not enforcing the rules.There are two lady name Mary in unit 3 and unit 2. They smoke all the time no one seems to care about the people that don't smoke, Mr William ask them all the time to respect the fact he don't smoke.The lady don't care about other around them.  Please help
