I am a self employed psychotherapist in Columbia, SC.  I am a flood victim and missed over 8 days of pay due to the flood.  I have filed a claim with SCDEW #989901.  I have called and can't through on the phone--I am now back at work-on and off- i have to meet with contractors and work as well.  I got an email from Janet Tribble Sides and she did not help.  referred me to the help #.  I MUST WORK-I cannot call all day.  I talked with Patrick Thomas at a FEMA mtg no follow up.  even emailed.  Tonight 10/27/2015 asked Judi Gaston for help via live stream with the chief if SCDEW.  all he could recommend was go to the office or call the 1-800 #.  I MUST WORK.  I NEED help filling out a 3-4 page form.  I  am self employed the form does NOT apply.  Please have someone call me 803.240.4565
