Just writing to see how it's legal for a man to shoot your son (17) unarmed in the back of the head, get charged with voluntary manslaughter, and because the man Mr Methe knows the cops in Kershaw County, SC.. Today they drop all charges against him. I request a couple days ago for the case to be moved out of that town because everyone knows that man who killed my child "fleeing" shot him in the back of the head, they hurried and got a grand jury, the detective submitted all evidence and proved my son wasn't in or around that mans yard even when he shot him 117 yards from his house, gets away with this. The sheriff even stood up for this man in court. That's illegal. Another cop on the scene was talking to a "friend" about the case as evidence was being submitted. It's not fair he got to have his charges dropped  today because he knows the cops and people in this town. The grand jury was pulled today from this town. I knew my son wasn't going to have a fair trial there. As I ask for it to be moved they dropped the case!! 
You can research the case Brandon Spencer(my son) and the killer was Jimmy Methe, from Camden, SC. The incident happened ok 2/13/16... Not even cops are allowed to shoot someone fleeing in the back period,, this man shot my son in the back of the head and left him there. Like I've said before, he knows the cops they stood up for Mr Methe in court, it's not fair. I just don't understand how charges can be dropped and it's not fair because he's in with the cops. The news stations there were in the court room for his bond court.
