I drive to Greenville every day o work and see the DMV signs showing the traffic deaths. I can't help but think that in our area, this is mainly caused by I85 being in horrible shape. They have been trying to fix the holes (when filled with rain, you cant see them) but whats not got potholes in them..there is no reflectors and from Wellford to BSN I85 no lane divided lines that you can see at night and especially not in the rain. I just went on the DMV website and reported a huge pothole on my road and read that we are the least funded for our roads in the US. I think when we are in the top rated in road deaths that we should fix this situation. I, and I know a lot of people, that would not mind raising the taxes a little to help with this. I have been thrown into another lane by hitting cracks and uneven payment more than once and luckily there was not a car there.
