Governor Haley, I want to express my concern and displeasure of our existing road condition.  I'm 72 years old and our road system is the poorest I have ever seen it. You seem to be proud of the things your administration have accomplished since you've taken office and although sincere some things have gotten worse...I am trying to enjoy my last years of retirement by ridding my motorcycles in this great state and mountains...I fear that I am going to wreck because of the obstacle course I endure avoiding freeze bumps, pot holes, sunken man holes, and cracked areas....There are many taxpayers in this state who ride motorcycles and bicycles.  Our state is trying to draw people to this area based on its beauty. I'm ashamed of our roads....I work part time and drive from Greenville to Spartanburg and that's some of the worst roads around...patching is not working...I feel the conditions of our roads are causing many wrecks and I need you to solve or provide a solution...Please respond, Thank you, Joe
