I would like to address a certain SC Highway Patrol vehicle I have spotted operating in the North Augusta/Edgefield County Area.  This is a black dodge charger with regular license plates belonging to the South Carolina Highway Patrol.  I believe this vehicle is used for entrapment purposes because it is not readily identifiable by citizens. I believe it is unconstitutional for police vehicles to be unmarked with a citizen type license plate.
