Most of South Carolina will have the same problem. DHEC needs to quickly get a program to test water for citizens who are not on public water supplies and may have a serious problem with contamination. Fees should be waived, and a system for expediency put it place. Then, let the public know before we have serious problems and illness from drinking contaminated water.
