It frustrates the ..... out of me to take the time out of my day to drive to the dmv and be told i have to pay taxes on something i just purchased from a private party and i cant get a temporary tag or anything because taxes have not been paid. This pretty much requires me to burn a vacation day from work to go to the county office, wait in line, go back to the dmv, wait in line again, and then get my temporary tag for my used car. Now if it would have told me before or after i completed the form online i would not frustrated. I am just voicing my frustration that this caused me and i am probably sure others to waste lunch breaks etc. :| angry SC resident
