Dear Gov. Haley;
I hope you would start a fund to help your people rebuild. So many of our states have been affected by floods, fire, tornadoes, tsunamis, etc.  We have about 312 million people in the United States.  I don't know if children are counted in this amount.  I would like you as governors, as well as other governors to band together to get a fund going to help all citizens in a disaster.  If during this time of crises, each adult citizen could donate just one dollar, and secondly, with all the lotteries in this country would put into their policy a disaster clause, that when a major (you have to decide what is a real disaster)that the first prize of every lottery the day of the disaster and for the following six days be given to this fund to help people in the disaster, it would greatly help, and we would have to take less from the Federal Government.
