To the Honorable Governor,       I recently sent a letter with regards to a 9 j  against DSS and their authority to have a child alternatively placed, deny the natural father the pportunity to be a father( based on his mothers background(10yrs ago)),how ever,home was initially approved. Never once did they follow up with their decision. It really confused me that they have so much authority to place a child , yet say he has no case with them,they allow the child's mother(who is charged with child neglect)  to make ALL decisions regarding the child, yet they won't make the alternative placement parents allow the father/ grandmother to visit, in order to establish a relationship,stating its not their job, knowing the father has filed for custody and visitation and is at a stand still because the mother cannot be located in order to serve her the papers. This is absolutely ridiculous! The child is over a year old n has never had the opportunity to bond with his father, or grandmother. Please, I beg of you, to help us.
