I need answers. I applied for the Healthcare through the Government, however I never completed it because I failed to send in my information of proof of employment and financial information.  I was sent a letter stating that if I didn't send in the required information asked for I would be terminated. I called and told them to cancell the application because I had been hired fulltime with my job and healthcare would be provided.  I never paid nor used the policy that was given.  Now I am going to be sanctioned and I will not receive my Federal refund because of it.  I have called the IRS and I have called the Marketplace Healthcare and I have been given the run around.  I don't understand why I have to be sanctioned because I changed my mind.  I think someone need to look at this.  I could understand if I followed through with all of the requirements. Why would you complete something and there weren't proofs of eligiblity.  Can you help me?
