We can help the Gov understand all the funding opportunities that present themselves with this magnitude of a disaster.  We represent NYS for Sandy and can explain and assist with maximizing CDBG/FEMA/HMPG funds.  We currently have a contract with the division of emergency management to represent SC for FEMA public assistance so we are available to the Gov for support. SC hasn't had a disaster of this magnitude for a while, this is all new to you.  As a member of the RGA Executive roundtable, I'd very much like to offer our services and advice on how to maximize the available funding to SC and of course, this money is political capital for the Governor.
