Governor Haley:

I have recently read that south Carolina has arrested Homeless people and placed them in a FEMA CAMP and are asking them to allow CHIPS to be inserted under there skin so that they can be tracked .  The article states that if the person refuses they will not receive any assistance.

No. 1).  Since when did it become a law regarding Homeless status.  Are you not aware of how the current economy and high unemployment rate has affected so many people? Are you not aware of how many Homeless people are our Military Veterans?

No. 2).  Are you aware that a FEMA CAMP IS AN AMERICAN CONCENTRATION CAMP?  Are you promoting isolation of a certain class of people in the event they will be "exterminated" just like they were during the HOLOCAUST?

This news has devastated me as I have always believed that ALL people should be treated with respect , especially those less fortunate so that they may keep their dignity and self esteem.

Would it not have been a more HUMANE action to deal with the Homeless people like the State of Virginia did instead of putting these people in a CONCENTRATION CAMP??? The FEMA CAMPS are not jails or prisons..so if the Homeless are being arrested they need to be placed in the jails just like other people who have been arrested and are waiting trial.

Please tell me if this report is true and if you are aware this has been done in your State? These FEMA CAMPS should be used to place all Muslims/REFUGEE'S until the situation with ISIS is completely OVER.
