I wanted to connect and invite Governor Haley to provide a quote in the upcoming Solar Foundation State Solar Jobs Census. South Carolina had the second highest rate of growth in the entire country last year and is rapidly becoming a national leader in building its clean energy economy. The report is scheduled for release the week of February 11th-and will be the most comprehensive report of its kind ever.  

The Solar Foundation's State Solar Census comes on the heels of the National Solar Jobs a few weeks ago (only national level data)-both reports typically receive national-level media coverage. The state report is the only one that provides state level data on the solar jobs. Last year's report release included quotes from Governors Sandoval (NV) and Baker (MA).

Governor Haley has been a leader on job creation-and this offers a great opportunity to highlight that leadership.
