I have written to this office before, but I am still not getting the answers I need.  I am writing for my fiance Raymond Williams Jr.  As I stated last time he is trying to get things straight with DSS and they are still giving him and I the run around.  I call the person of contact for Child Support, a Ms. Pamela Cummings and she seems to get back to me if she happens to feel like it.  If that's not the way it is, it sure feels like it.  They say that they call me, but they keep conveniently calling the wrong number and leaving messages when I have given them my correct number.  She calls that one when she finally really feels like talking to me.  Raymond just wants to pay his debt and move on, but they are making it very hard to do.  It is believed that they are spinning us around because someone in that office messed up really bad and they are trying their best to cover it up.  It's just hard for them to do, due to the fact that I stay on them and am making them have to give me real answers.  It is my believe that the states child support system is due for a really deep audit, because there was just so much wrong with the way things were handled in Ray's case until I just don't believe his is the only one that confounded. I have been trying to find out whom is over Ms. Cummings head and not a soul has been able to give me an answer.  I find it hard to believe that a government agency would have only a two person chain of command, but that is what everyone that I have spoken to has tried to tell me.  If you could please point me in the direction of whom I need to reach that is over Ms. Cummings and that would really be able to help me help him get this matter resolved I would greatly appreciate it.
As I said I truly believe there is a lot of wrong goings on happening in the child support system there and it just might behoove your office to give them a complete looking over, under, through and around because something there stinks.
