Santee Cooper put the lights on in the name of Lawrence Richardson. I immediately went to Santee Cooper informing them that Lawrence Richardson was not authorized to conduct any business on my property Lawrence Richardson owed  me money to keep from paying me the money that he owed to me he invented the scam going to a agency to pay for light's to be reconnecting I gave him the money to pay the bills he did not. When I came home from NYC all of my Utilities was off. I have no way to get the information to my billing information Santee Cooper is and have been causing me stress placing me under extremely harsh living conditions cutting off my lights my food spoiled they want  $500.00 deposit plus pay for any usage over  $400.00 deposit which they changed Lawrence Richardson. They charge different people different prices according to how she feels. If she likes you you pay minimum. White people pay one price Black people pay another. White People for the most part get the loan for Energy not many Black people got the loan. Check the record. The woman who I spoke with said that Mr. Lawrence Richardson sound so sincere about having the lights turned on. She put the Lights on in Lawrence Richardson name without a Lease or giving him Authorization to take the lights out of my name. I am a Vet help me please. Thank you.
