Dear Robert and Kyle:

 

I received this e-mail (below) today from James Casserly of the Governor’s office.

 

After reading the e-mail (attached) from Ms. Priester I am not sure whether District Five or District Six should be involved in addressing her issues. She mentions being referred to the Charleston Office (she lives in Goose Creek, Berkeley County) but also mentions that she was put in touch with Mr. Paul, who according to our DOT address book, works in the Marion County Construction Office, even though the phone number Ms. Priester gives for him in her e-mail sounds like a Charleston office number. Additionally, she does not mention the exact location of her accident or the name of the worker she talked with the day of the accident so it is difficult to determine who should respond to her.

 

Would  both of you look at this and determine which office should handle this matter and then get in touch with Ms. Priester (her phone number is given in her e-mail). Please copy all of the people on this e-mail with your response.
