When I first heard that you were going to deliver the Republican response to the State of the Union address I was excited. I've been a supporter and a fan of yours. 

I have to say that my excitement quickly turned to disappointment when you began to tear down other Republicans who are running for president. You then angered me by damning those of us who are vocal about the fact that our country is heading in the wrong direction. 

Yes, we're "angry voices" and we have a right to make our voices heard. Conservatives have, for too long, been wrongly portrayed as uninformed and as irrelevant. 

Now, you've joined right in with Democrats and establishment Republicans - those very people who have created the massive problems that we face in our country - the same problems that we thought we could count on you to fight.

I am very disappointed in you and demand that you apologize to conservatives in our state that you have offended and have betrayed.
