<WFUD_Request>Dear mrs nicki haley my name is shandeasha hall i am really upset and have been treated unfairly here in the state of southcarolina  i have lived here all my life i am 22 years old. I rented a home off of south beltline blvd the Woodlands Terrace condominiums to be exact.The apartment i rented out was privately owned the landlord Named Candice harris spoke with me and determined lights and water were included in rent and the rent will be $650 a month.She then harrased me weekly saying to pay her $300 a week.I only stayed there for a month when then the electricity was shut off due to her not paying the 1st month bill.i payed her $2009 within that month and she still harrased me i owed her money.The home was in foreclose  and she never got back with me to pay electric bil or anything i was pregnant at that time winter of 2014. I went to the magistrates office and they did not give barley any help with being have to wait 10 days for a court date. I then had to wait another 10 days due to the judge knowing my land lord from bible way baptist church.i am still homeless until this day living from hotel to house to house because of that and she just started to pay $100 a month this year i do not think that is fair at all i am basically suffering and i really need help.</WFUD_Request>
