Katherine,
Enjoyed speaking with you. Please let me know if I can do anything further to assist. I will make all arrangements for their visit to the State House for
recognition.
Thanks so much.

Subject: National Auctioneer's Day ~ Website email from Merle Sharick
Dear Sir: You helped me a few years ago as I tried to negotiate with SCE&G about another of their unreasonable Lake Murray management ideas around my dock and screen we put around it when we built it 6 years before being challenged. Although
unsuccessful in our reasonable position, I have always appreciated and let it be known about your help. And, naturally always receive two votes from this household. As the 2015 Vice President of the South Carolina Auctioneers Association (SCAA), I am charged
with requesting your help in arranging statehouse recognition for SC auctioneers in conjunction with National Auctioneers Day usually the second Saturday in April. In 2014, SCAA and SC auctioneers were recognized in a proclamation by Governor Haley and on
the floor of the SC Senate and House on the same day. Please let me know who, in your office or elsewhere, I can work with to make these arrangements. We certainly would like you to host our efforts at the state capital--to the extent you are willing. I assume
I will need to contact Mr. McLeod to help with a visit to the SC House. Naturally, we would like to accomplish our activities on the same day. And, be sensitive to calendars and possible furloughs or disruptions in schedules. Your efforts are very much appreciated
in helping with this recognition effort. Please let me know what I need to do to help make this happen. Best Regards, Merle Sharick HighBid Auctions & Appraisals
