We had relatives fight for what they believed and we are proud of our heritage. That Flag has not shown any bigotry for the citizens of South Carolina. The Flag for us was rebellion to big government trampling on our rights. Blacks and whites fought side by side. 
The Yanks (outsiders) were and are causing the disturbances. Around the country many are abusing and resisting the American Flag. May as well remove it also. 
I realize it is all about the dollar and vote which you and Lindsey Graham just lost mine.
