Hon. Sen. Warren, Sen. Sanders, et al.: I have just submitted the following to Sen. Feinstein's office, and am forwarding it to you, as I am also seeking your assistance in resolving these matters; additionally I am sending your DC office the same copy of the notification to Judge Atkinson in SC mentioned below. The email address provided, or my facebook page (Irving Sherwood) are the only ways to contact me.
Hon. Sen. Feinstein, I filled out your casework form at your Los Angeles office when I was there. This is to notify you, on Feb. 2, 2016, I have also sent your DC office a copy of my notification to Judge Dale Atkinson, of Sumter, SC of my intentions to seek legal action against him, and other SC law enforcement agencies involved in the inaction, and misaction, that led directly to Dylann Roof's being able to carry out the shootings in Charleston, SC last June. Additional information regarding that, is therein, and it is significant. Additionally, regarding the incident in Coarsegold, CA where I was "mistaken" for FBI fugitive Derek Brown, I am with the belief, that incident was initiated by Marietta Vanderzon of Sun Management, as I believe she was present at the time. Further, I have been able to determine, my employment prior to this in Taos, NM was willfully disrupted, by way of Marietta Vanderzon's daughter, Katrina Vanderzon, whom I believe incentived a co-worker to make false harassment claims (exactly in the manner of the same, occurring in Marin County after this, at my employer there, The William Tell House). The claims were never substantiated, and I was later fired from Taos Mesa Brewery with no specific reason given, over the objections of my immediate supervisor and other co-workers, as I had actually done a good job there. Katrina Vanderzon manages the band, Infamous Stringdusters, and I have just learned, that within a week of my being fired from Taos Mesa Brewery, they did, in fact, host The Infamous Stringdusters. The incidents in CA and NM followed similar efforts in Colorado, which I have indications, were initiated by Jim Vanderzon and Sun Management, influencing local law-enforcement and FBI to disrupt my life there as well, in retaliation for reporting Paul Kiger - Dylann Roof's half brother (and the former drummer in my band) for serial poisoning myself and others with stolen psychiatric meds in the 1980's and early 1990's in SC, as part of a KKK scheme with like minded elements of mental health and law enforcement.
