Our daughter will be attending the University of Alabama this fall. We understand that Gov. Haley has signed a law stating that veterans and dependents from other states are able to get in-state tuition in SC.  My husband is a Vietnam veteran.  Is there any way, as SC citizens, we can have any influence for Alabama to consider offering in-state tuition to veterans.  Who should we contact?  Thank you so much for considering our request.
