Good Day,

I am in desperate need of a divorce attorney to represent me pro bono. I can not afford one to represent me. A criminal gets a court appointed attorney if they cant afford one. I am a Father of two great boys and I work very hard to provide for his family, a model citizen and can just can not afford an attorney. 

I had an attorney for over a year and could no longer afford to retain her as my attorney. I am a responsible hard working man who has two great sons. Justin is 11 years old and Jaxon is 5 years old. They live with their mother. We were married for almost 11 years and she left. I am a hard working Dad with a list of accomplishments. I volunteer as an L-Cert (Low Country Emergency Response Team), a Notary Public, a concealed weapons carrier and recently became a weather spotter. I work at East Cooper Medical Center in the PBX, dispatch department. I want full custody for my two great sons.

I tried numerous phone numbers and web sites for assistance. Some people I spoke to can not assist because there was not spousal abuse, another person stated they cant help and gave me another number where I was on hold and waited 15 minutes and was able to leave my name, phone number and email address and a brief message and I would get a call back in 10 business days. They have not.

Please assist me in getting in touch with as attorney that can represent me. I do not want my two sons living with their unemployed mother who within the past year got her own apartment and obtained a management job and stated to me she quit before Thanks Giving. She is dating a guy who was verbally abusive to my 11 year old son. She is a recovering alcoholic and an occasional pot user.
