I think it is a darn shame how my middle schooler was not taken to school until 8:45 am! She missed most of her first period! The bus is completely inconsistent with regards to pick up and drop off times. My child often does not get home until after 5:00 pm. I think it is uncalled for that my child was a house away from her stop and was running and the bus driver looked at her and pulled off! When I questioned the driver the next day, I was informed they don't have to wait! Are you kidding me!!! My child waits over 30 minutes for her to arrive but she can't wait less than a minute on my kid! 
I also am done watching the bus blow through the stop sign in my neighborhood. That is MY child on that bus, how dare her drive like that. I have seen it several times, I plan on videoing it now and sending it to live 5 news. Please do something to help us, no one seems to care about these issues.

One ticked off parent towards a bus company that does not care about its passengers!
