Can one of you ingenious people provide the fact sheet from which you gathered that the current rain storm hasn't happened in 1000 years...?  You see, the USA is not yet 250 years old and in fact, America wasn't even founded until 1492.  So, where were these history books you read from?  I would love to see these charts from 1015.  I would suggest that when the Governor speaks, she actually says something that isn't moronic.  Just a bit of advice.
