grandmother, Helen C Davis will be turning 100 on April 24th 2016 and I
would like to request that the Governor consider giving her a
proclamation. She taught school for many years and encouraged all of her 7
grandchildren(and 2 of her great grandchildren) to get their college
degrees. She also encourage me to serve on the Lander University Board of
Trustees for almost 18 years now. She is an absolute amazing lady and she
would be a great candidate for a proclamation.
