I understand there is a bill before the legislature HR3184 which would prohibit free speech in speaking put against bills and corruption within the state legislature or any government office or officer.

I also understand you will approve this bill. As a loyal supporter of yours and a conservative please do not approve this bill. 
Our state government must be transparent and honest. if it isn't we taxpayers have a right to know who and where the corruption is. What is most disturbing to me is most of the corruption is occurring among Republican legislators. 
The worst of the situation in my mind is the SCDOT? I understand it is its own entity apparently accountable to no one,
yet our hard earned tax dollars are being diverted to pet projects instead of fixing roads.
