Hi Jim – attached is a draft letter for Kobelco. They asked that the letter be dated June 2nd, because that was the day of their event. They also asked that the letter be addressed to the entire company, so I’m not sure if you want to say, Dear Kobelco Associates or just name the company.
The letter can be mailed to Eric Holland – his address is on one of the emails below.
